Promotion Period and Scope
Promotion Period: Commencing from today, and concluding when the Vua Thợ system registers a total of 50,000 (fifty thousand) successfully issued Lucky Draw Codes.
Promotion Scope: Nationwide.
Voucher Prize Applicability: The voucher prizes are valid for use at the Sieu thi May lanh (sieuthimaylanh.com) showroom.
Eligible Participants
Eligible Participants: All Vietnamese citizens who are users (including Service Providers and Customers) with a validly registered account on the Vua Thợ application.
Ineligible Participants: Employees of Vua Tho Technology Limited Liability Company and employees of partner units directly involved in organizing this program.

Detailed Content and Rules
This program includes two prize categories with separate methods for determining the winners.
5.1. How to Participate and Collect Lucky Draw Codes (LDC)
1. Basic Lucky Draw Code: Each user account will be issued 01 unique, random Lucky Draw Code (LDC) from 01 to 50,000 in the form of a lucky scratch card.
2. Accumulating More LDCs: Throughout the program, users can accumulate an unlimited number of additional LDCs through the following activities:
- Completing a Work Order: Receive an additional 02 LDCs for each work order valued at 100,000 VND or more that is successfully completed on the Vua Thợ app. This applies to both the Customer and the Service Provider of that work order.
- Referring a Friend: Receive an additional 03 LDCs for each successful referral of a new user who downloads the app and completes account registration via the referral link or code.
3. Checking Lucky Draw Codes: Users can easily check their total number of owned LDCs directly within the Vua Thợ application.
5.2. How to Determine the "Grand Prize" Winner
1. Mechanism: The user who scratches a card and reveals the LDC number "50000" on the Vua Thợ app during the program period will be the winner of the Grand Prize.
2. Regulation: The more LDCs a user owns, the higher their chance of winning.
5.3. How to Determine the "Vua Thợ Connection Prize" Winners
1. Method: Prizes are awarded based on the summarized results of users' contribution activities.
2. Quantity: There are 04 "Vua Thợ Connection" prizes to be awarded to the 04 users with the most outstanding achievements.
3. Awarding Rules: The Organizing Committee (OC) will select the 04 users with the best overall performance from the categories below to award the prizes. Each user can receive a maximum of one prize in the 'Vua Thợ Connection Prize' category. A user who has won in this category is still eligible to win the Grand Prize.
- In the event a user achieves the highest score in multiple categories, they will receive the prize for the category of the highest value (or as decided by the OC), and the prizes for the other categories will be awarded to the users with the second-highest achievements.
- In case of a tie in any category, the user who achieved the result earliest will be the winner. The OC's decision is final.
4. Award Categories: At the end of the program, the OC will use statistics from the system to award prizes based on the following activity categories:
- Vua Thợ Top Tier (01 Prize): For the user with the highest total number of accumulated LDCs.
- Vua Thợ Fire Starter (01 Prize): For the user with the highest number of LDCs from the "Refer a Friend" activity.
- Vua Thợ Leader (01 Prize): For the user with the highest number of LDCs from "Completing Work Orders" (each valued at 100,000 VND or more).
- Vua Thợ Spreader (01 Prize): For the user participating in social media activities whose shared post achieves the highest total engagement (likes, shares, comments). The valid participation steps are:
- ○ Step 1: Like and Follow the "Vua Thợ - Thợ nào cũng có" Fanpage.
- ○ Step 2: Like and comment on your ID (Referral Code) and tag 03 friends into the official announcement post on the Vua Thợ Fanpage.
- ○ Step 3: Share this post on your personal Facebook page in public mode, with the hashtags #VuaTho #UngDungThoKhach.
Prize Awarding and General Terms
1. Winner Notification: The results will be publicly announced on the official website and Fanpage of Vua Thợ. Vua Thợ will also contact the winners directly via the information (phone number/email) registered on the app within 03 working days from the date the winner is determined.
2. Prize Claim Procedure: The winner is responsible for providing a notarized copy of their Citizen ID card and other necessary documents as required by the OC to verify information and complete the prize claim procedure.
3. Prize Claim Deadline: The final deadline for the winner to complete the procedure and claim the prize is 30 days from the date Vua Thợ sends the first winning notification. After this deadline, the prize will be considered unclaimed and handled according to current laws.
4. Prize Collection Location: Prizes will be awarded at the office of Vua Tho Technology Limited Liability Company or at another location and in a form arranged and announced in advance to the winner by the OC.
5. Associated Costs: The winner is responsible for fulfilling their Personal Income Tax obligations on irregular income (if any) and for covering other costs associated with receiving the prize (travel, accommodation, transportation, etc.).
6. Use of Image: By participating in the program, users agree to grant Vua Thợ full rights to use the winner's name and image for communication and promotional purposes related to the program without any additional fees.
7. Fraud Regulations: Any act of fraud, use of automated tools, or any other method intended to falsify results or affect the fairness and transparency of the program, if discovered, will result in disqualification from participation and receiving prizes.
8. Special Terms for the Grand Prize (Honda Wave RSX Motorcycle):
- Value: The announced value of the motorcycle does not include registration fees and related administrative costs. The winner is responsible for paying these fees as required by law.
- Ownership Condition: The winner agrees to sign a contract with Vua Thợ to use the vehicle under the ownership of "Vua Tho Technology Limited Liability Company" for a period of 03 (three) years. During this time, the winner is not permitted to sell, transfer, pledge, or mortgage the asset, or replace technical parts that alter the vehicle's structure without prior written consent from Vua Thợ.
- Responsibility during Use: Within the 3-year period, the winner bears full civil, criminal, and financial responsibility for any issues arising from the use of the vehicle (e.g., traffic law violations, accidents).
- Ownership Transfer: After the 3-year period ends and the winner has fulfilled all obligations in the contract, Vua Thợ will proceed with the procedures to transfer the vehicle's ownership title to the winner's name.
Dispute Resolution and Other Regulations
1. All questions and complaints related to the program will be resolved by the OC. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the matter will be handled in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
2. In the event of force majeure, the OC has the right to change, suspend, or cancel the program and will publicly announce this to the participants.
3. The decisions of the Organizing Committee regarding the program will be final.
